Late payments or unpaid balances may result in additional fees or restrictions on your account. If your subscription is terminated for non-payment, you might lose access to course materials, certificates, and other features tied to your plan. We don’t keep your payment information on our own servers; everything is handled securely by our payment partners.

Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing a course or subscribing to Bedinu, so we offer a straightforward refund policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 14 days of your original payment—no awkward questions, just let us know what went wrong. After that window closes, refunds are generally not available.

Refund requests must be submitted through the platform’s designated process, and we’ll process them as quickly as possible. In my experience, most refund requests are resolved within a week, though sometimes banks take a little longer. Subscriptions that are renewed automatically are only eligible for a refund if the request is made within 14 days of the renewal date.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect abuse of the policy, such as repeated cancellations and re-enrollments. If a course is removed from the platform or becomes permanently unavailable, we’ll consider reasonable refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be offered in rare situations, such as technical problems that prevent access for an extended period.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. If your payment method can’t accept refunds, we’ll work with you to find an alternative solution, but we can’t guarantee speed in these cases.

Non-Compliance Consequences

But repeated or severe violations can lead to account suspension or permanent termination.

In rare cases, if someone’s actions threaten the security or integrity of Bedinu, we’ll pursue legal remedies. Most users never have to worry about this, but it’s important to know where the boundaries are.

If your account is terminated due to non-compliance, you lose access to all courses, certificates, and any stored data associated with your profile. We don’t offer refunds for accounts closed because of policy violations. If you believe a mistake has been made, you can appeal the decision through our designated process, but the final decision rests with Bedinu.

• Users are strictly prohibited from sharing their account credentials with others. If we detect unauthorized sharing, your account may be suspended while we investigate, and repeat offenses will likely result in permanent closure.
• Any attempt to reverse engineer, duplicate, or distribute Bedinu content without permission is a serious violation and may lead to legal action. We work hard on our materials, and we expect users to respect those efforts.
• Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior on the platform will not be tolerated. Offenders will be removed to protect the learning environment for everyone else.

In my experience, most issues are resolved with a conversation, but sometimes stricter measures are necessary. We always strive for fairness, but we also have to protect the interests of our students and instructors.
